Where are your trading servers located? Our servers are located in the United Kingdom and Belgium. This allows us to process your orders momentarily.
-
Do you offer fixed or floating spreads? We offer floating spreads that vary depending on the market situation. The main advantage of floating spread over the fixed one is that it is often lower than average.
Our goal is to provide transparent quotes and the tightest spreads without charging additional commissions. We pass on the best Bid/Ask price that we receive from our liquidity provider. Our spreads accurately reflect what is available in the market. -
What are your liquidity providers? Our liquidity providers are LMAX Global, Swissquote, and Saxo Bank.
-
How does floating spread change throughout the day?Floating spread varies throughout the day depending on the trading session, liquidity, and volatility. It tends to be less tight at the market opening on Monday when high-impact news is released and at other times of high volatility. You can check minimum, typical, and current spreads for all trading instruments on our Trading Conditions page.
-
How much margin do I need to open an order? It depends on the financial instrument, volume, and account leverage. You can calculate the margin for your order with our Trading calculator.

Do you have requotes? We do not have requotes.
-
Do you have slippage?Slippage is a slight execution price movement that may occur due to the lack of liquidity behind the requested price or when other traders' orders have taken it. It can also happen due to market gaps.
You should factor slippage in as one of the risks when trading with a CFD broker. We cannot guarantee that your order will be executed at the requested price. However, we set up our system to fill orders at the next best available price whenever slippage occurs. Be aware that slippage can be positive and negative, and we cannot influence this. -
Do you guarantee Stop Orders? We cannot guarantee to fulfil the requested rate. After being triggered, a pending order becomes a market one, and we fill it at the best available price. This price primarily depends on the market conditions, available liquidity, trading patterns, and volume.
-

My order was not executed correctly. What should I do?With market execution, we cannot guarantee fulfilling all your positions at the requested rate. It may depend on the financial instrument, volume, and account leverage.
In case you have any doubts, or if you would like an individual review of your orders, we suggest writing a detailed request to our Client Support at [email protected] -
What trading techniques and strategies can I use?You are welcome to use scalping, hedging, news trading, martingale, and other strategies as long as your orders are placed in accordance with our Client Agreement. The only type of trading that we don't allow is arbitrage.
-
What is a price gap, and how does it affect my orders?A price gap means that the current Bid price is higher than the Ask price of the previous quote or the current Ask price is lower than the Bid of the previous quote. You may not always be able to see a price gap on the chart since it can be enclosed in a candlestick. As the definition implies, in some cases, you would need to observe the Ask price, while the chart shows the Bid price only.
We apply the following rules to pending orders' execution during a price gap:
•If your stop loss is within the price gap, the order will be closed at the first price after the gap.
•If the pending order price and take-profit level are within the price gap, the order will be cancelled.
•If the take-profit order price is within the price gap, the order will be executed by its price.
•Buy Stop and Sell Stop pending orders will be executed at the first price after the price gap. Buy Limit and Sell Limit pending orders will be executed at the order's price. For example, the Bid is listed as 1.09004, and the Ask is 1.0900. In the next tick, Bid is 1.09012, and Ask is 1.0902.
•If your Sell order has stop-loss level at 1.09005, the order will be closed at 1.0902;
•If your take-profit level is 1.09005, the order will be closed at 1.0900.
•If your Buy Stop order price is 1.09002 with Take Profit at 1.09022, the order will be cancelled.
•If your Buy Stop price is 1.09005, the order will be opened at 1.0902.
•If your Buy Limit price is 1.09005, the order will be opened at 1.0900. -
What happens if I leave my order open overnight? If you hold your position open after 12 a.m. server time (EET/EEST), you will be charged an overnight fee (i.e., swap). Visit the Spreads and Conditions page to view the overnight fee amounts table.

What is the Performance section in Actually? The Performance section of an instrument shows how its price has changed over different time periods. Performance can be found in the trading instrument’s Overview.
You can find Performance timeframes for one week (1W), one month (1M), three months (3M), six months (6M), year-to-date (YTD), and one year (1Y). -
How is the performance of an asset calculated? The Performance value represents the percentage change in price from a past reference point (anchor bar) to the current price. This is determined using the formula:
Performance = (current price − past price) / past price × 100%
Where:- current price is the current or the last available (if the market is closed) bid price
- past price is the close of the bar preceding the anchor bar.
For example, if the current EURUSD bid price is 1.03844 and the closing bid price a week ago is 1.03190. The 1W performance will be calculated like this:
1W performance = (1.03844 − 1.03190) / 1.03190 × 100% = 0.63% -
What does the colour of each Performance indicator tile represent?Performance results of >0.00% are green.
Performance results of <0.00% are red.
Performance results of exactly 0.00 are grey. However, a tile may still be green or red but show 0.00% due to rounding rules (for example, if the precise result is –0.003%, the performance will be rounded to 0.00% and the tile will be red). -
What are the different performance timeframes available?1W (1-week performance) compares the current price to the price 7 days ago.
1M (1-month performance) compares the current price to the price one calendar month ago (regardless of the number of days in the month).
3M (3-month performance) compares the current price to the price three calendar months ago (for example, from 13 November 2024 if today is 13 February 2025.
6M (6-month performance) looks back six months from today’s date.
YTD (year-to-date performance) 1 January of the current year is used as the anchor.
1Y (1-year performance) compares the current price to the price one calendar year ago.
